Sold me a bike with 1 key no handbook just a4 paper prints for service stamps and they said they were going to sort the spare key out and send it to me. Emailed them on several occasions and haven't heard anything back. Also I put my bike in to a local garage because it was not going great only to find a whole host of problems apparently it was poorly put together. I was happy at first when I got the bike but now I just wouldn't buy anything from here again.
